Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Back-Office Operations Associate to support the administrative and operational needs of our business. This role involves handling documentation, data entry, internal coordination, and other non-client-facing tasks critical to keeping the organization running smoothly. The ideal candidate is process-driven, organized, and can manage multiple internal systems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry, record keeping, and document management.

  • Support internal departments with administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and reporting.

  • Assist with processing transactions, invoices, reimbursements, or internal communications.

  • Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and digital records with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with internal processes and workflows.

  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth task flow and operations.

  • Contribute to process improvements and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, operations, or similar back-office roles.

  • Proficient in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or ClickUp).

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
