Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Back-Office Operations Associate to support the administrative and operational needs of our business. This role involves handling documentation, data entry, internal coordination, and other non-client-facing tasks critical to keeping the organization running smoothly. The ideal candidate is process-driven, organized, and can manage multiple internal systems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and timely data entry, record keeping, and document management.
Support internal departments with administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and reporting.
Assist with processing transactions, invoices, reimbursements, or internal communications.
Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and digital records with a high degree of accuracy.
Monitor and ensure compliance with internal processes and workflows.
Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth task flow and operations.
Contribute to process improvements and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in administrative support, operations, or similar back-office roles.
Proficient in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or ClickUp).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
