Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Leads Generation and Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role is focused on identifying, nurturing, and converting high-quality leads into long-term customers. The ideal candidate is experienced in outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-ups, CRM tools, and has a passion for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients through various online platforms, databases, and social media.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on target criteria.
Initiate contact via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outreach tools.
Set appointments, conduct discovery calls, and present company services or products.
Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs (calls, leads, conversions).
Provide feedback on market trends and client needs.
Qualifications:
At least 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with email marketing and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
