Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Leads Generation and Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role is focused on identifying, nurturing, and converting high-quality leads into long-term customers. The ideal candidate is experienced in outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-ups, CRM tools, and has a passion for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients through various online platforms, databases, and social media.

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on target criteria.

  • Initiate contact via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outreach tools.

  • Set appointments, conduct discovery calls, and present company services or products.

  • Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs (calls, leads, conversions).

  • Provide feedback on market trends and client needs.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Familiarity with email marketing and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
